Job Description:

• Operationally handling overall NRI Client Relations
• Meeting clients one on one when it is required to either resolve queries or open new accounts due to word of mouth publicity
• Try to retain clients who wishes to close account to brainstorm the reason of exit
• Facilitate Quarterly Settlement of Client A/cs for BMO clients / HO & Sub Broker Clients
• One stop solutions and resolutions to client queries / requests by coordinating with various departments
• Email correspondence with regards to queries / complaints / requests of NRI Clients
• End to End KYC process completion for new as well as existing clients as the case may be
• Preparing various MIS reports for reference of the Management
• Making Pay in Pay out file, to report trades to the Bank for RBI reporting and sorting other issues which crop up between clients and PIS bank with regards to taxes
• Trades reconciliation to ensure proper client payment given / received so no payment is delayed from clients end
• Discussing the issue of nonpayment / Bad debts of an NRI client with the Accounts Team / Immediate Superior, thereby finding solutions to resolve the same
• Collection of Demat charges and updating BMO / Sub Brokers / HO NRI clients regarding any outstanding payments
• Following up with the RTA regarding cases / issues faced while dematerializing of physical shares.
• Engaging into process enhancements / correction / updating at length to improve the operational activities to make optimum utilization of time
