Locations to be covered : Kolkata , Rest of West Bengal, Bihar , Jharkhand and Orissa.
Job Description
- Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goal of acquiring new quality clients in that region. Identify new business opportunities and develop and implement marketing/business development strategies to grow the business
- Plan and manage BTL campaigns, including Seminars, Webinars, events, trade shows, sponsorships, contests, and guerilla marketing initiatives. Events may include but not limited to engagement in Residential societies, Malls, Business Parks, Corporate Offices etc
- Oversee the production of BTL marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and promotional items in coordination with the central marketing team, manage the execution of the collaterals and event, coordinate with sales team and drive conversions from leads acquired from the events
- Manage budgets and track campaign performance metrics like ROI and lead generation.
- Utilise local market research and knowledge to analyse local customer needs and coordinate with the sales team & central marketing team to create an effective local acquisition strategy to acquire high quality clients ready to invest in various asset classes including Equities, Commodity, Currency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Structured Products, PMS, Insurance etc
- Partnership & Collaboration:
- Identify and build partnerships with relevant organizations, vendors to amplify campaign reach and get maximum leads
- Collaborate with internal teams like sales, product, central marketing to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate reports analyzing campaign/event performance and provide insights for future optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in that region
KPIs:
1) Conceptualise, strategise, plan, execute, monitor and track conversion for 1 Physical Seminar in a reasonable Hotel every month for Retail products. Minimum attendance per event should be 100 (Masses being catered by Retail channel)
2) Conceptualise, strategise, plan, execute, monitor and track conversion for 1 Physical Seminar in a reasonable Hotel every month for PMS. Minimum attendance per event should be 30 (Classes being catered by Preferred and HNI)
3) Conceptualise, strategise, plan, execute, monitor and track conversion for 1 Physical event every month for Retail products in any housing society. Minimum workable leads/Registrations should be 50
4) Conceptualise, strategise, plan, execute, monitor and track conversion for 1 Physical event every month for Retail products in any Mall/Corporate Park/Offices. Minimum workable leads/Registrations should be 50
Desired Candidate Profile:
- A team player, detailed, analytical, Data-Driven, self-motivated, with ability to analyse local market trends. Strong communication and relationship building skills with an ability to create actionable marketing strategies
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience in crafting and driving BTL and acquisition strategies
