A fast-growing Equity focused alternate investment Corporate managing client assets across PMS, AIF and Offshore funds is hiring for the mentioned profile .

The Corporate is focused on delivering superior risk adjusted returns to clients and their funds are amongst the top performing funds in the industry.


Experience : 5-6 years experience in Client Servicing


Office Location, Marol , Andheri


Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Relationship Management:

o Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding account opening and PMS operations.

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

o Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.


2. Account Opening and Maintenance:

o Oversee the complete account opening process, including documentation collection, compliance checks, and system entries.

o Ensure all client accounts are set up accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

o Monitor and update client accounts as needed to reflect changes in client information or investment preferences.

o Trouble shooting

o Application form revisions / amendments as per regulation changes etc.

o Sound knowledge about digital onboarding

o Assisting in any module developments

o Helping with the internal / external / compliance audits


3. Operational Efficiency:

o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of PMS operations and account management.

o Conduct regular audits of account opening procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

o Manage and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.


4. Reporting and Analysis:

o Prepare and present reports on client account status, operational metrics, and service performance to senior management.

o Analyze client feedback and service metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in client-servicing, preferably within the financial services or investment management industry.

• Strong understanding of PMS operations, account opening procedures, and regulatory compliance and Team Management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Proficiency in relevant software applications , Miles and CRM systems
