IRDA approved Direct Insurance Broker is looking for an Insurance Manager who will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns to promote insurance products.

Job Responsibilities:

·      To develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the insurance product portfolio.

·      Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product development initiatives.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, marketing, and technology, to bring new insurance products to market.

·      Work closely with underwriting teams to establish risk assessment criteria for insurance products.

·      Collaborate with distribution channels, such as agents and brokers, to optimize the reach and effectiveness of insurance product distribution and to maintain strong relationships with distribution partners.

·      Ensure that all insurance products comply with relevant regulatory requirements.

·      Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory concerns and implement necessary changes.

·      Develop and manage budgets related to insurance product development and management.

·      Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure effective product positioning and promotion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or insurance-related certifications are advantageous.
• Proven experience in insurance product management with a strong understanding of insurance markets.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Preferable should be qualified Insurance marketing certification

Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on product development and management.
