Salary till 3.6 LPA

Working Days / Time - Monday to Friday (8:30 to 6:00)

Job Description:

 Attendance, Leave, Overtime, Bonus, CML, etc.

 Recruitment from Portal/LinkedIn/campus.

 Salary process through HR software and manual working on Muster roll. 

 Handling Statutory compliance .

 ESI and PF Challans generation and deposit on Time.

 Payroll management, compliance.

 Joining and exit formalities. 

 Handling Corporate Insurance.

 Designing the HR Policy.

 Event management.

 Reconciliation of the compliance co-ordinate with the account Team.

 Inventory MIS.

 Handling Pre and Post grievances of the employee salary.

 Should be frequent in excel.

 Excellent communication skills.
