A full service Discont broker with 2 Decade experience in Capital Markets in urgently hiring for Head - Marketing (Online Business)

Duties and Responsibilities:

§ Develop comprehensive annual business and marketing plans for Stock Broking and Other Financial products, outlining strategic objectives and targeting both existing and new market segments.

§ Analyse past data and current market trends to identify opportunities for enhancing acquisition strategies,

§ Enhancing conversion rates and driving revenue growth.

§ Spearhead the acquisition of Customers, utilizing online channels, strategic business partnerships, referral programs, and alliances.

§ Working in close collaboration with marketing team to:

1. devise and execute effective online marketing initiatives.
2. improvising digital marketing channels to strengthen lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
3. designing informative content, educating potential clients about Stock Markets and investment benefits

§ Proactively identifying best practices and adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications / Educational level :

Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA

Preferred Experience :

§ 8-10 years of relevant experience of online client acquisition, digital in the financial industry

§ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

§ Outstation candidate willing to relocate to Agra is welcome.
