A large Corporate handling diversified business .. Equity Broking ,Insurance Broking and NBFC is looking for Insurance- Head who will be fully responsible for the Insurance Broking Segment.

Responsibilities:

1.    Profit Centre Head for sales process at PAN India Level

2.    Driving sales through constant endeavour to augment market share

3.    Foresight to design & develop PAN India market strategy

4.    Gaining new business by identifying and utilizing opportunities in the local market Developing and maintaining good working relationships with corporate clients and independent financial advisers.

5.    Increasing profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use added value services wherever possible

6.    Developing the Fintech Arm of the Insurance Business

7.    Monitoring and reporting on performance against agreed sales targets, sometimes including monitoring the performance of other sales staff

8.    Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures as laid down by the IRDA by keeping up to date with all changes in the regulatory framework

9.    Producing marketing literature and website content to support marketing campaigns

10. Coordinating across different functions within the company for enhancement of business interests / customer satisfaction levels.

11. Keep track of competitor activity.

12. Networking at right levels to keep track of development / growth / new projects coming up

Skills and Qualification

1.    Master’s degree in marketing or business

2.    5 to 10 years of insurance marketing experience

3.    Adequate knowledge for Non Life and Life Insurance. In-depth understanding of insurance regulations and legal parameters

4.    Familiarity with all major social media platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
