A boutique, technology driven financial services with a special focus on Indian capital markets offering bespoke financial advisory to institutional investors is hiring for Manager-Fund Accounting (Accounting and Finance) - AIF


The Corporate provides specialty prime brokerage, execution, structured products, custody and clearing services to hedge funds, broker-dealers, wealth managers, family offices

and professional traders.


Must to have: 2-3 years’ experience in Accounts/Finance division in a Fund accounting.


Key Responsibilities:

 Calculate the NAV for a portfolio of complex investment funds on either a weekly, bi-weekly,monthly, and/or quarterly basis as specified by the client and as outlined in the

administration agreement.

 Manage a portfolio of clients, handling their periodic and year-end financial closings, including the preparation of financial statements and other required regulatory reports.

 Be handling inquiries from auditors, clients, and tax authorities, as well as addressing internal accounting-related issues, will be part of your responsibilities.

 Prepares tax returns and filing and coordinate with Tax Consultant.

 Coordinates with custodians and tax consultants for transactions

 Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

 Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting

data, preparing reports.

 Coordinating with Tax Consultant for Income Tax Filling.

 Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

 Secures financial information by completing database backups.

 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is mentioned in virtually any financial analyst job description; familiarity with data query/data management tools is extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)


Incumbent to possess the following competencies:

 Hands on experience in MS Excel & Accounting software systems like Tally, Busy, Zoho etc.

 Proficient on MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

 Good verbal and written communication with pleasing personality

 Proactive and extremely high on initiatives

 Working knowledge of Fund Accounting/NAV calculation is an added advantage.

 Working knowledge of Financial Instruments (Listed Equity, Bonds, Convertible Bonds etc.)

 Knowledge of Taxation for Foreign Portfolio Investors.
