A Fintech based out of Mumbai is urgently hiring for Executive Assistant for the Founder's Office


Place of work- Lower Parel , Mumbai (Near Lower Parel /Currey Road Station)


As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient management of their activities. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining effective communication, organizing meetings, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow for the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.



Skills and Qualifications:

Graduation / Post Graduation

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)



Responsibilities:

1.    Manage the CEO's schedule by coordinating appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.

2.    Draft, review, and send professional communications on behalf of the CEO, including emails, memos, reports, and other relevant documents.

3.    Organize and prepare necessary materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports, for meetings attended by the CEO.

4.    Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.

5.    Handle routine and repetitive tasks efficiently, such as screening calls, managing correspondence, and responding to inquiries on behalf of the CEO.

6.    Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, record keeping, and maintaining organizational systems and databases.

7.    Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.

8.    Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion when dealing with confidential matters.

9.    Demonstrate a basic understanding of financial markets and stay updated on industry trends and news.

10.Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all correspondence.

11.Display strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in documentation, reports, and other deliverables.

12.Possess good negotiation skills when required to liaise with vendors, suppliers, or other stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

13.Maintain an amiable and approachable personality, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
