Mandatory to have Experience in PMS Dealing

Job Description :

1. Co-ordination with the Research desk and take stock of the day’s orders
2. Cross-check the latest holdings of PMS clients
3. For buy orders co-ordinate with ops team and take new fund inward details
4. Prepare order files and double-check before placing the orders
5. Maintain proper records of all order placements
6. Co-ordinate with different brokers for order confirmation
7. Upload of order details in back office software post cross-checking
8. Prepare allocation file and recon with order file
9. Sharing reconciled allocation file with custodians
10. To work in co-ordination with ops team
11. Check the status once allocation file is updated in system
12. Good at trade / order reconciliations
13. Understand the do’s and don’ts related to dealer & dealing functions
14. Good understanding about equity markets, corporate benefits etc.
