A fast growing Fintech of an Existing Stock Broking firm is hiring for Manager - DP Operations and Settlement

Job Location - Mumbai (Goregaon)

Existing experience in DP Operations is Mandatory

Job Description

• Pledge/Unpledged, Repledge/Unrepledge of Shares as Collateral.

• BO ID Creation / Modification / Closure.

• Well versed with KYC guidelines of CDSL/ NSDL and SEBI and Demat account opening.

• Well versed with AML checkpoints and other Regulatory audit requirements.

• Liaising with market participants (Regulatory bodies, exchanges, brokers, DPs etc) and internal stakeholders for smooth functioning.

• Experience in managing all DP Operations including Account Opening, KRA upload and DIS processing.

• Pay-in Pay-out of Shares (Including Early Pay-in) in Back office Process in DP.

• Daily Margin Reporting to exchange and understanding of its calculation, weekly regulatory reporting of Monitoring of client assets, Holding reporting, Cash and Cash equivalent.

• EOD BOD Process.

• Handling Corporate Action Process ((Face Value Split, Bonus, Capital Reduction, Merger & Demerger, Rights Issue, Buy Back, and OFS) and its impact of daily process.

• Should have fair knowledge of other securities processes like Pay-in, Payout, Auctions, Holding, Margin pledge etc.

• Margin Process Reporting to Exchange Checking Shortage.

• Demat Remat Process.

• Stock Reconciliation (Pool/Cust/Collateral etc.) with Back office.

• Handling of timely responses to customer service team for customer queries in relation to margin reporting, Levies and other related processes.

• DP -DIS (process/issuance/cancellation) upload images to DP.

• Interaction with DP back-office vendor.

• Dividend Process • Handling audits - regulatory, internal, statutory, concurrent audit, CDSL & NSDL audit etc.

• Other ad-hoc duties as may be required from time to time as per DP regulations and internal policies.

• Experience of billing for monthly charges, AMC, etc. • Should be good at in Excel and aptitude to learn & improve the processes
