Qualification :

1. Post Graduation from a Reputed Institute
2. Experience in Working with a New Age Financial Services Corporate or Discount Broker
3. 8-10 years of relevant experience of online and offline client acquisition in the financial industry
4. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Description :

1. Develop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives 
2. Lead and motivate subordinates and develop a high-performing managerial team
3. Streamline & Oversee all business activities to ensure they produce the desired results, consistent with the overall strategy 
4. Enforce adherence to best Corporate Governance
5. Develop comprehensive marketing plans for AIF , PMS, Mutual Funds , Equity Broking and other Financial products, outlining strategic objectives and targeting both existing and new market segments.
6. Analyse past data and current market trends to identify opportunities for enhancing acquisition strategies,
7. Enhancing conversion rates and driving revenue growth.
8. Spearhead the acquisition of Customers, utilizing online -offilne channels, strategic business partnerships, referral programs, and alliances.
9. Proactively identifying best practices and adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
10. Working in close collaboration with marketing team to:

• devise and execute effective online marketing initiatives.
• improvising digital marketing channels to strengthen lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
• designing informative content, educating potential clients about Stock Markets and Investment Benefits
