Job Location : Andheri-Marol , Mumbai


Responsibilities:

 Sales Team Support:

o Plan and organize sales events, travel Bookings, conferences, meetings, and trade shows from start to finish. o Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, transportation, and audio-visual equipment.

o Develop event timelines and budgets, and ensure adherence to all specifications.

o Assist in the preparation materials for events.

o Communicate event details to participants, sponsors, and stakeholders.

o Coordinate with sales team about their destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations

o Provide relevant information, travel tickets, hotel vouchers to travellers post completion of booking o Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds


 Administrative Tasks: o Maintain event & travel calendars and schedules.

o Track event, travel expenses and generate reports for management.

o Handle inquiries and troubleshoot issues as they arise during events and travel.


 Post-Event Evaluation: o Conduct post-event evaluations to analyse the success of each event and identify areas for improvement.

o Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders.


Requirements:

 Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in event planning and coordination.

 Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

 Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

 Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.


Preferred Qualifications:

 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
