A Fintech based out of Hebbal, Bangalore is hiring for Team Lead -Cloud Operations .. with min 5 years Exp in Cloud - Reporting to the CIO

Qualifications: - Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Information Systems or related area from a recognized university Certifications: - AWS Associate or Professional certifications or any other AWS Specialization certifications

Job Description: - Lead the team of DevOps engineers and manage the entire Cloud infrastructure and the CI/CD pipeline. Recommend and implement the best practices for cloud governance and optimize the cloud deployment and cost. Recommend and implement cloud security solutions and practices to secure the environment and safeguard the cloud infrastructure and data

Key Roles and Responsibilities: -

1. Have a detailed inventory of the cloud assets and services at all times

2. Identify critical assets and ensure proactive monitoring for the same 3. Mentor the team and work with them continuously to develop them and maintain and monitor the cloud environment at an optimal level

4. Manage escalation L2/L3 level calls or any tickets of advanced complexity

5. Ensure closure of all tickets by the team within agreed SLA

6. Work with stakeholders from other teams on strategic requirements and overall solution design

7. Implement new requirements post appropriate approvals

8. Establish backup policies and implement the same for short term and long-term backup and retrieval for critical systems

9. Conduct regular system security reviews for the entire cloud environment and deploy remedial measures post approval as required 10. Good understanding of ITSM and adherence to processes and SLA to ensure tickets and requests are logged and closed on time

11. Publish Cloud Cost Consumption report at regular intervals and recommend areas of optimization to reduce cloud costs

12. Manage the CI/CD and ensure that code commit and test is structured

13. Should have hands on and good understanding on DevOps tools and automation framework
