Job Description :

§To understand Requirements and Specifications of Job Profiles

§To Mandatory to Have Bulk Hiring or BPO hiring experience

§Search relevant resumes from existing Database, Job Portals, Professional and Social networking sites

§Preliminary Screening & Selecting of candidates through telephonic conversation.

§Scheduling and coordinating with the shortlisted candidates for interviews

§Ability to Co-ordinate with clients during the #Recruitment & Selection process.

§Follow up with the Candidates till joining

Experience - 1 to 3 years

Fluency in Hindi and English
