Aif pms compliance
Tax and regulatory matters
Reviewing documents from tax and legal perspective
On going regulatory and compliance matters to be addressed for the business
Assisting in periodic filling with Sebi and RBI
Supporting business teams in policy and policy framework related cases
Ensuring good corporate governance for the group at large
