• Maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner.

• Responsible for providing information about the services and products of the organization.
• Screening phone calls & customer inquiries and transfer calls to intended parties
• Visitor management - Managing the visitor's timeline and scheduling them
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable & welcome guests/visitors & clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
