We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide personalized support to a high-level executive in our organization. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks efficiently, maintaining a high level of confidentiality, and demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain executive's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

· Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events; ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings.

· Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

· Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls; respond to inquiries and requests.

· Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.

· Conduct research and compile data to prepare documents and brief executives.

· Manage personal matters for the executive as required.

· Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.

· Monitor and manage expense reports and budgets.

· Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.


Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

· Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.


Required Qualifications:

· Any graduate.


Working Conditions:

· Full-time position based in Ram Mandir Road, Goregaon West.

· Should be flexible in term of working hours.
