Job Overview
We are looking for motivated and driven Graduate Students for a full-time position at our Mumbai Suburban location. As a fresher, you will be involved in various aspects of our financial services, gaining exposure to client relations, financial advisory, and business development. This role is perfect for individuals with 0 to 1 year of work experience looking to start their career in financial services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Basic understanding of financial advisory and the ability to provide sound financial advice to clients.
- Strong client relations skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Business development acumen to identify and pursue new opportunities within the financial services industry.
- Direct sales experience or willingness to learn and engage in sales activities to drive company growth.
- Telemarketing skills to effectively reach out to potential clients and market financial products.
- Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
