We convey our services to our esteemed clients by placing the advertisements on vehicles such as buses, commercial vehicles, cabs, private vehicles, autos and many more in the pipeline. We are currently working in 18 premier states of India having an on role work force of 50 people. We majorly operate and serve our clients to our fullest in these states of India: Uttaranchal, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Orissa, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Goa and Tamil Nadu.

Grade & Designation:- Telecaller (Work From Home )

·        Take inbound calls and chats to understand customers requirements/needs

·        Connect with customers and offer them relevant solutions

·        Work on ensuring customer satisfaction at all times

·        Work on doing follow-ups with customers

·        Work on cross-selling relevant products to the customers in a way to increase the order value

·        Work on engaging the leads to drive up the sales

·        Work on handling end-to-end queries of the customer

·        Work on creating and maintaining the clients database for future follow-ups

·        Work on coordinating with the support and operations team

·        Ensure customers needs are met

·        Understand customers requirements/needs and help them accordingly

·        Laptop/ Desktop Mandatory

·        Visit office Once in a week or two weeks or in a month to the office.

Salary Range- 12K/ Month.
