Role: Sr. Performance Engineer

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: Long Term

CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL TO San Francisco, CA FOR THIS POSITION. CANDIDATES WILLING TO RELOCATE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Responsibilities:

• Performance Testing Tools: Proficiency in using performance testing tools like Gatling, Locust and K6. This includes creating scripts, running tests, analysing results, and identifying bottlenecks.
• Performance Testing Methodologies: Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies such as load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, spike testing, and scalability testing. Understanding when and how to apply each methodology based on the project requirements is essential.
• Scripting and Programming: Ability to write and customize performance test scripts using scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or tools with proprietary scripting
