Job Title: Social Media Content Creator & Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Work Schedule: Full-time, 6 days a week. 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

We are now looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Content Creator & Manager to elevate our brand’s online presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, and X.
• Static Content Development: Design high-quality posts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, and other design platforms.
• Social Media Management: Manage and schedule regular postings across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and optimal audience engagement.
• Trend Adaptation: Stay updated with social media trends to produce relevant, high-impact content.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze metrics and implement strategies to enhance social media performance.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align content with the Brand’s message and marketing goals.

Technical Skills Required:

• Design & Editing Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), Canva, and online tools like Design.com and Gamma.
• Video Production: Ability to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content independently.
• Creativity: Demonstrated flair for creating visually appealing and impactful content.
• Social Media Proficiency: Deep understanding of algorithms and engagement strategies for various social media platforms.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in content creation and social media management.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video and static content work.
