Cost to Company Including Visa and Insurance and all benefits: 36 Lacs per annum
Leaves: 1-month leave per year, every two years, sponsored air ticket from India to Dubai.

Joban Group, a Diversified conglomerate based in East Africa, is involved in manufacturing, trading, real estate, agriculture, and other technology-related strategic ventures.
This specific position is for a Smart Meter Assembly unit that Joban Group is setting up in Dubai for both Single—and Three-Phase Smart Energy Meters for export.
Key Role Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
a. Identify new opportunities to sell Smart Meters meters through on-ground research, connections and open market tenders
b. Must have travel experience extensive in Asia and Africa and understand the different meter types
c. Build relationships with clients and key stakeholders
d. Be well acquainted with tendering processes
e. Manage associates and track progress in sales.
2. Hiring and Team Management:
a. Overseas recruitment of skilled technicians, quality control staff, assemblers and all support staff.
b. Building organizational structure and managing incentives
c. Manage cross-functional teams: sales, production, quality control, maintenance and finance.
d. Foster a positive working environment and ensure team spirit is maintained.
3. Supply Chain and Inventory Management:
a. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure raw material supply
b. Build relationships local in UAE and international for all components
c. Implement inventory control systems and do adequate raw material planning.
d. Be well acquainted with TALLY or SAP.
e. Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
f. Manage procurement process
4. Production, Planning and Execution:
a. Develop production schedules with teams to meet customer demand and tender delivery timelines.
b. Monitor process
c. Ensure strong quality standards by hiring QC teams
d. Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve
productivity and reduce costs.
5. Financial Management:
a. Plan the operation budget and forecasts to present to management.
b. Analyse the production costs and cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
c. Monitor financial performance and provide updates to senior management.
6. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
a. Ensure relevant compliance standards are maintained as per safety and environmental laws
b. Obtain all necessary certifications required from regulatory bodies
c. Liaise and build relations with regulatory bodies to ensure that up-to-date knowledge of Industry standards is available
Required Skillset
We require that the candidate has technical and sales knowledge to take a leadership position in this business. The candidate must have travelled extensively in Asia and Africa for business development and understand the local markets requirements.
