About the Role

- We’re looking for a dynamic business development professional who can hunt for new clients, craft compelling pitches, and drive revenue growth, while ensuring top-notch client servicing. Senior Business team will be along guiding & mentoring your moves.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, develop strategies, and close high-value deals.
- Client Servicing: Act as the bridge between clients and the creative team—understand, interpret, and deliver their needs with excellence.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator, strategic thinker, and persistent closer.
- Postgraduate in any field with at least 2 years of experience in business development (preferably in advertising or media).
- Ability to craft compelling pitches, negotiate like a pro, and drive growth.

- Salary: Competitive, with up to 20% hike based on experience and expertise.
