We are looking for a passionate ML Lead to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge ML solutions.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ML Lead with a strong background in Computer Vision and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will lead our machine learning efforts, focusing on the development and deployment of models that power our core products. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and industry experience. Flexibility in work hours is essential, as the role involves dynamic, startup-driven challenges that may require weekend or non-standard hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of ML models, primarily focusing on Computer Vision and LLMs.
• Develop state-of-the-art algorithms for image and video analysis, object detection, and geospatial data processing.
• Create and fine-tune LLMs to enhance our data analytics capabilities, applying them where necessary.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data science, to integrate ML solutions into our products.
• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing the latest advancements in ML, AI, and data analytics.
• Mentor and guide a growing team of ML engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.
• Previous experience in startups or innovative tech companies focusing on geospatial analytics or similar fields.
• Publications or contributions to relevant AI/ML conferences or communities (CVPR, NeurIPS, etc.).

• Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, with a focus on Computer Vision and LLMs.
• Proven expertise in Computer Vision, including deep learning techniques, image segmentation, and video analysis.
• Hands-on experience in developing, training, and deploying LLMs using frameworks like GPT, BERT, or similar.
• A strong track record of working with AI-driven data solutions in industries such as smart cities, autonomous driving, or logistics.
• Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, Pytorch, and other relevant ML libraries.
• Experience working with dedicated GPUs for model training and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
