About the Job:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketing Manager/Key Account Manager to oversee and manage the product lifecycle from launch of a new product to its growth on the platform along with managing the existing product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycles, and ability to identify evolving market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing key improvement initiatives and projects: Drive new product launches and improvements in existing product portfolio by liaising with internal and external stakeholder
- Work with sellers to improve operational aspects of business in providing a great consumer experience.
- Analyzing the business: Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data
- Managing the relationship with external stakeholders by championing the stakeholder’s needs from the brand. Build strong communication channels at all levels of the stakeholder’s organization, set proper expectations, provide clear status communicaƟons, and manage towards a growth plan.
- Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with on-ground team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, operations, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of tools like Helium 10
- Familiarity with working of an e-commerce platform like Amazon, Flipkart
