Job Summary:


Nature Harvest is seeking a motivated and experienced International Trade Executive to

drive our export operations and expand our global footprint. This role involves managing the

complete export lifecycle, from sales generation and customer acquisition to order

processing and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in

international trade, a passion for agri-export, and a proven track record in export sales of

food products.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales and Market Expansion:
  • Generate export sales and build relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and buyers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and grow sales in targeted regions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Respond to inquiries from potential clients and negotiate terms of sale.
  • Finalize contracts and ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Export Operations and Documentation:
  • Handle export documentation, customs processes, and ocean freight logistics.
  • Prepare accurate pricing, quotations, and export sales agreements.
  • Monitor export sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Sourcing and Procurement:
  • Source agricultural commodities like pulses, spices, herbs, and natural food products for international and domestic markets.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage procurement, and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies.


Requirements:


  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.


  • Experience:
  • 2–4 years of experience in international sales, marketing, and business development for food products (e.g., rice, spices, sugar, pulses).


  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of international trade agreements, export documentation, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.
