The role is to create a positive bra shopping experience, build customer loyalty, and drive sales by effectively communicating the Bands & Cups’ value proposition and providing exceptional customer service. With at least 2 years of experience, candidate will leverage their expertise to engage customers, meet sales targets, and enhance the brand’s reputation.


Responsibilities

  1. Brand Representation: Embody Bands & Cups’ brand image, values and messaging in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and the public.
  2. Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing personalized assistance and guidance throughout their shopping experience.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the store's products, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions, to effectively inform and persuade customers.
  4. Sales and Upselling: Assist customers in product selection, offer recommendations, and upsell additional items or accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
  5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service (in-store, by phone or email) by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Update software with orders, customer details and ensure order fulfilment.
  7. Scheduling appointments for consultation
  8. Receive and organize inventory
  9. Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual standards by ensuring products are properly displayed, organized, and stocked to create an appealing and accessible shopping environment.
  10. Feedback and Insights: Gather customer feedback, preferences, and insights to provide valuable input for improving product offerings, customer experience, and marketing strategies.
  11. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with store colleagues and managers, sharing knowledge, supporting team goals, and maintaining a positive work environment.


Who can apply


  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in client servicing in hospitality sector or working as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Associate, or in a similar customer-facing role within a retail store.
  • Candidates with multidisciplinary experience (in physiotherapy, nursing, paramedical, counselling) will be given priority. Candidates with a fashion or styling background with required experience can also be considered.
  • Active listener and quick thinker
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, actively listen, and address customer needs.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with the ability to identify upselling opportunities and close sales effectively.
  • Product Presentation: Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal communication skills to convey information, instructions, and product details to customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, support team goals, and contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.
  • IT skills : Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word and email. Tech savviness and social media skills will be a plus.
