Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Market and sell company products to current and potential customers.
* Prepare schedules and action plans to identify the dealers and distributors and the end customers and no. of. contacts to be made.
* Maintain current and establish potential customer relationships such as dealers, distributors, carpenters and fabricators.
* Generate & follow up leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
* Identify prospects in the customer segments and contact them.
* Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
* Any other duties assigned as deemed fit by the management from time - to - time.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
· Any UG degree or Diploma in any stream.
· Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in the field of Sales and Marketing.
· Experience of sales positions, preferably in architectural or related products.
· Experience of working with decision makers in companies in the various customer segments and types.
· Experience of handling customer accounts and having key customer accounts individually.
Knowledge and Skill requirement:
· Communication and interpersonal skills.
· Prospecting skill.
· Ability to influence others.
· Ability to make and deliver presentations.
· Basic knowledge about Excel and Word.
