Description
As a part of the customer success team, you’ll be interacting largely with clients. You‘ll be the first and the last point of contact from when a customer interacts with our business. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and delightful customer experience from addressing their queries, scheduling their appointment to receiving their feedback. You will also be designing communication and workshops to nurture leads to help them understand our offering. If you are a people’s person and great at communication, this role is for you!!
Responsibilities
1. Make outgoing calls to leads to explain who we are and what we do
2. Provide exceptional customer support (by phone, email and WhatsApp API) by addressing
inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional and timely manner.
3. Book consultation appointments
4. Gather customer feedback, preferences, and insights to provide valuable input for improving
product offerings, customer experience, and marketing strategies.
5. Update CRM software regarding customer interactions on orders & enquiry
6. Host community events
7. Collaborate with store colleagues and managers, sharing knowledge, supporting team goals,
and maintaining a positive work environment.
Who can apply
Minimum 2 years experience in customer support & client servicing. US voice process or
experience in WhatsApp API is an added advantage.
Any undergraduate/postgraduate degree holder
Must be eager to learn and self-motivated
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Active listener
Must be eager to learn and self-motivated
Tech savviness and social media skills are a plus.
