Key Responsibilities:


  • Sector-Specific Offerings: Develop customized solutions for government and private sector clients, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
  • Project Leadership: Independently lead projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Domain Expertise: Demonstrate experience in City Video Surveillance and Video Fleet Management Systems.
  • Government and Private Sales: Proven track record in both government and private sales, with a strong understanding of B2B dynamics.
  • Tendering Process: Navigate and manage the government tendering process, ensuring compliance and identifying key opportunities.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets and customer segments to expand Papli AI’s footprint.
  • Business Acumen: Exhibit strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.


Position Details:


  • On-Field Role: This is a field-based position requiring regular client visits and relationship-building.
  • Experience: 5-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in business development, with a focus on B2B enterprise solutions.
  • Education: BTech in Computer Science or a related field and MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferably from a good institution) enhancing
  • Strategic insight and leadership in business development roles.
