Job Title: HR Trainee (Work from Home)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
• Support HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Duration and Compensation:

• The initial duration of the role is 3 months.
• During the first 3 months, the trainee will receive a monthly stipend of INR 5,000.
• Upon successful completion of the initial period, the trainee will be offered a starting salary of INR 20,000 per month.
• The trainee will be provided with a laptop for work purposes.
