The Inside Sales Director will be responsible for leading the team that works on winning new business for MoEngage in EU and North America from India, leading the Inside Sales charge for the region. 

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and highly motivated individual who would understand our product as well as they do the North America and European markets. They will be responsible for their team’s sales targets and also helping MoEngage grow in the region. 

 

Skills and Requirements

  • A proven sales leader who consistently exceeds sales targets;
  • A passion for technology and all things digital;
  • 6+ years Sales leadership experience in a Marketing Technology, SaaS, Digital Marketing or Adtech; 
  • Experience managing a team of at least 8 Account Executives;
  • At least 10+ years of inside sales experience;
  • A true leader and guide to the sales team;
  • Experience with and a clear understanding of an end to end SaaS Sales Cycle 
  • Attention to detail, ability to articulate clearly
  • Experience in and willingness to work in the EU and NA time-zones

 

Responsibilities

  • Own and meet assigned sales targets
  • Keep up to date and establish deep knowledge of MoEngage’s solutions and product
  • Responsible for hiring and retaining of team members
  • Ramping of team members and coaching them on all deals they are working on
  • Upskilling and development of all team members
  • Coordinating internally to assist their team in getting the right support
  • Build product and domain expertise by understanding product functionalities, market positioning, competitive landscape, product market fit and so on
  • The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers
  • Discover and implement new / market-specific lead generation exercises to supplement inbound lead generation, working closely with marketing, Inside Sales and Partnership Teams
