Manage software development project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.

Manage development team capacity and work schedules to optimize use of resources on the projects.

  • Good technical experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, .Net, C# development experience


Role & responsibilities -


  • Project planning, scope management, quality management, resource management, schedule management, customer relationship management, and communications management.
  • Proven ability to manage to deadlines and meet cost constraints
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with differing priorities at the same time
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project Plan and Sprint Planning.
  • Azure dev board management
  • Good technical experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, .Net, C# development experience
  • Management of project financials


Preferred candidate profile -

  • B.Tech/BE or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects through a standard software development life cycle while adhering to tight schedules.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a combination of local and remote development teams.
  • Around 5 years experience in managing software development projects using both waterfall and agile development methods.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project Plan etc
  • Good technical experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, .Net, C# development experience
  • Should have expertise with HTML, CSS, Java technologies
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and models
  • Good experience in handling clients in US or UK
  • Good experience in processes and project cost management
  • Excellant communication skills
  • Self driven, goal oriented with focus on meeting project delivery commitments as per agreed quality goals
