Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage projects using Agile Scrum methodologies.

Lead and manage Technical projects

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively and meet client expectations.

- Handle client communications and maintain strong relationships with UK-based clients.

- Address and resolve project impediments, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Coach and mentor team members in Agile practices and principles.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Project Manager.

- Strong experience in managing UK-based clients and understanding their business culture.

Technical Skillset

- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

- Familiarity with Agile tools and software.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Relevant certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) is preferred.
