Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Project Manager to join our team at Modus Enterprise Transformation Platform. As a Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in project management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in software development project management.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 Project Manager and Microsoft Project Plan.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps board management and sprint planning.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in software development.
  • Experience as a SharePoint developer and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, task delegation, and timeline management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure they align with the overall business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
  • Adhere to best practices and methodologies, such as Agile, to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Support team members and foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in project management methodologies and tools.
