Job Title: SAP ERP Techno-Functional Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP ERP Techno-Functional Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in leveraging our SAP ERP system to enhance business processes, drive efficiency, and support our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of SAP's core modules, combined with the ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes in alignment with SAP ERP functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP ERP System Optimization: Configure and customize the SAP system to meet evolving business needs, ensuring optimal performance and user experience across core modules.
• Business Process Engineering: Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand process requirements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Redesign and streamline processes utilizing SAP ERP capabilities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Custom Development and Integration: Use ABAP programming and SAP's customization tools to develop custom functionalities, reports, and interfaces. Integrate SAP ERP with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data exchange and process flow.
• Data Management and Analytics: Oversee data integrity within the SAP system, facilitating data migrations and integrations as necessary. Utilize SAP's BI tools to develop insightful analytics and reports that support decision-making.
• Project and Change Management: Lead SAP ERP-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and module additions, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
• Training and Support: Provide expert support to SAP ERP users, resolving technical and functional issues. Develop and conduct training sessions to enhance user competency and adoption of SAP functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ERP, with a strong focus on core modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP). Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and integration. Familiarity with SAP ABAP or Fiori for custom development.
• Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, production, and sales. Ability to align business processes with SAP functionalities.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing SAP-related projects, with skills in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in one or more core modules or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in a similar industry or business domain, understanding specific challenges and requirements.
• Leadership skills with experience in guiding teams and driving initiatives forward.
