Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Techno-Functional Analyst to drive the implementation, customization, and optimization of our Dynamics 365 ERP system across core modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both the technical aspects of Dynamics 365 ERP and a deep understanding of business processes. This role is crucial for enhancing our operational efficiencies, facilitating digital transformation, and supporting our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP System Optimization: Ensure the Dynamics 365 ERP system is optimally configured and customized to meet business needs, enhancing functionality and user experience.
• Business Process Analysis and Improvement: Work closely with business units to understand their processes and challenges. Leverage Dynamics 365 ERP functionalities to streamline and improve these processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Customization and Development: Utilize technical skills to customize and extend the Dynamics 365 ERP system, including developing new functionalities, forms, workflows, and reports.
• Data Management: Oversee the integrity, migration, and management of data within the Dynamics 365 environment. Ensure seamless data flow between Dynamics 365 and other business systems through integration.
• User Support and Training: Provide expert support to users, resolving any issues with the ERP system. Develop and deliver comprehensive training to ensure users are proficient in using the system.
• Project Leadership: Lead Dynamics 365 ERP projects, including upgrades, implementations, and integrations. Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Compliance and Security: Maintain the ERP system in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Implement security measures to safeguard business data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, covering core modules such as Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management, and others.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in ERP customization, configuration, and development. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate, is highly desirable.
• Functional Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of business processes and how they are implemented within Dynamics 365 ERP. Ability to translate business requirements into technological solutions.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen analytical mindset to tackle complex challenges.
• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Experience in leading projects, with a proven ability to deliver on time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or related modules.
• Prior experience in a similar industry or business domain.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and manage multiple priorities.
