Job Description: Fashion Intern - Product Design

Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and creative Fashion Interns to join our product design team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on the design and development of both clothing and leather accessories. The ideal candidate will be based in Bangalore but must be willing to travel across Europe to gain inspiration, collaborate with design teams, and participate in fashion events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the conceptualization and design of new clothing lines and leather accessories.
• Conduct trend research and market analysis to inform design concepts.
• Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with senior designers, pattern makers, and production teams to develop and refine designs.
• Participate in the selection of fabrics, materials, and color palettes.
• Support the preparation of mood boards, design presentations, and product reviews.
• Help organize and attend fashion shows, exhibitions, and trade fairs in Europe to stay abreast of industry trends.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and product descriptions.
• Maintain organized records of all design projects and samples.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
• A passion for menswear and an understanding of MENOL’s brand aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
