Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager who is a fresher to join our dynamic team at Modus ETP. This is a full-time internship based in the United Kingdom. Candidates should have an enthusiasm for project management and be ready to contribute to various phases of projects, from planning to execution, while working under the guidance of senior project managers.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies to support agile project management practices.
  • Familiarity with the Scrum framework to effectively collaborate in a Scrum team environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project for planning and managing project timelines and resources.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA for issue and project tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with Trello to assist in project organization and task management.
  • Experience using Confluence for project documentation and collaboration with team members.
  • Competence in Google Workspace for communication and document sharing within the team.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills for effective engagement and reporting.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist senior project managers in developing comprehensive project plans and ensuring successful execution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and disseminate project information.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation, ensuring all project phases are documented accurately.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive project progress and engage project stakeholders.
  • Support in conducting project reviews and reporting on project status to the project manager.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in project scope and timeline while maintaining quality and efficiency.
