We are seeking an exceptional HR Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This role will be crucial in transitioning our existing remote teams to an office environment, focusing on recruiting high calibre technical talent, and managing HR operations..This is an opportunity for a self motivated professional to be part of a growing Product company. You will play crucial role in hiring, retaining and developing talent by working closely with product teams and top management.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of recruiting, retaining and developing talent in Modus India.
- Ownership of talent needs of Modus India. Building relationships with product teams to create a roadmap for talen hire.
- Ownership of leadership needs of Modus India. Building relationship with Modus leadership to create a roadmap for leadership/management hire.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities and other talent sources to attract top graduates.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee relations.
- Assist with office administration tasks and coordinate employee events.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
- MBA degree from a reputable university, with a specialisation in HR or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a software or IT services environment.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting for technical roles, specifically with expertise in .Net, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Critical thinking and problem solver. Have a strong voice.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with global teams.
