Job Role & Responsibilities:
As an E-Commerce Retail Sales Executive for luxury retail products in Bangalore, your primary responsibility is to drive online sales, enhance customer experience, and maintain brand exclusivity in the digital space. Your role will involve a mix of sales, customer engagement, and e-commerce operations to ensure seamless luxury shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 E-Commerce Sales & Revenue Growth
- Manage and optimize product listings on the company’s website and luxury e-commerce platforms.
- Drive online sales by implementing strategic pricing, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to boost conversions.
🔹 Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Provide high-touch customer service via chat, email, and calls, ensuring a luxury shopping experience.
- Assist high-net-worth customers with personalized shopping recommendations.
- Handle inquiries related to product details, availability, and after-sales support.
🔹 Product & Brand Presentation
- Ensure product pages have accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and compelling storytelling.
- Work with the marketing team to enhance visual merchandising and maintain brand aesthetics.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in luxury retail.
🔹 Order & Inventory Management
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishments.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer escalations professionally.
🔹 Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Strategy Support
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to run targeted campaigns for customer acquisition.
- Leverage SEO, paid ads, and email marketing to drive traffic and engagement.
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve the shopping experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ 2-5 years of experience in luxury retail, e-commerce, or digital sales.
✔ Strong knowledge of luxury brands and customer expectations.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or custom CMS).
✔ Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM, and analytics tools.
✔ Ability to handle high-end clientele with discretion and professionalism.
