Job Summary:
The Domestic & International Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of the Modus Enterprise Transformation Platform (ETP) to businesses, consultancies, and industry leaders across domestic and international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong consultative sales skills, experience in enterprise solutions, and the ability to build high-level business relationships with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
π Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell Modus ETP to enterprises, consultancies, and industry experts.
- Identify and engage CXOs, senior consultants, and enterprise decision-makers to drive sales.
- Generate leads, conduct high-level client meetings, and close deals in both domestic and international markets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for B2B enterprise sales.
π Industry & Enterprise Engagement:
- Establish strategic partnerships with consultancies, transformation leaders, and business executives.
- Present Modus ETP as a digital transformation enabler that helps businesses streamline operationsβ.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and enterprise networking forums.
π Sales Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, train, and mentor a sales team focused on enterprise and consultancy sales.
- Set and track key sales performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
- Implement best practices for consultative and enterprise-level selling techniques.
π Client Relationship & Account Management:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with business leaders and transformation professionals.
- Work closely with enterprise clients to understand their transformation needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Ensure customer success and retention by providing continuous support and value.
π Market Expansion & Growth Strategy:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Drive international expansion by targeting key global markets for business transformation.
- Develop strategic sales roadmaps for new territories and industry verticals.
Key Requirements:
β Educational Background: MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
β Experience: Minimum 7+ years in Enterprise B2B Sales, Business Development, or Consultancy Sales.
β Enterprise Sales Expertise: Proven track record in selling business transformation solutions, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
β Industry Network: Strong connections with industry experts, consultants, and decision-makers in large enterprises.
β Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency, with experience engaging global clients.
β Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, digital sales strategies, and business transformation software.
β Consultative Selling: Ability to articulate value propositions and consultatively sell to C-suite executives.
β Global Market Understanding: Experience in handling international sales operations and cross-border client management.
Preferred Qualifications:
