Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and creative Corporate Training Content Writer to develop, curate, and manage high-quality training materials tailored to our enterprise transformation goals. This role requires proficiency in content creation for training programs, social media, and marketing, with a focus on Microsoft Office 365, PowerPoint, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). The ideal candidate will also support user engagement and training delivery, fostering a seamless learning experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Content Creation and Design: Develop comprehensive, engaging content for corporate training programs, including materials for live and virtual delivery, adhering to Modus’s business transformation frameworks. 
  • Presentation and Delivery: Utilize advanced PowerPoint skills to create visually appealing slides; present and guide users through training materials with clarity and effectiveness. 
  • Digital Learning Platforms: Implement and manage training programs on LMS platforms, ensuring smooth user experiences and troubleshooting as needed. 
  • Social Media and Marketing Content: Create and curate content to promote training initiatives and corporate communication across various social media channels. 
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with internal teams to align training materials with the organization’s goals and ensure content relevance for diverse user groups. 
  • Microsoft Office 365 Expertise: Leverage Microsoft Office 365 tools for collaboration, document management, and data presentation to enhance training content accessibility and functionality. 

Qualifications: 

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in English, Education, or related field. 
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in corporate content writing, preferably with a focus on training, education, or enterprise transformation. 
  • Skills: 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, especially in PowerPoint and Word. 
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning best practices. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to produce professional and audience-focused social media and marketing content.
