Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Junior AI Developer to join our AI team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building intelligent chatbots, adopting and customizing AI models such as OpenAI, LLAMA, RAG, and Graph RAG, and contributing to Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLM), and Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) projects. This role also involves assisting in team leadership and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Chatbot Development: Build and deploy conversational AI systems tailored to enterprise needs.
• AI Model Integration: Work with models like OpenAI, LLAMA, RAG, and Graph RAG to adopt, fine-tune, and implement AI solutions.
• Generative AI Projects: Design and develop generative AI applications for innovative business use cases.
• LLM Expertise: Optimize and integrate large language models into various enterprise applications.
• AGI Exploration: Contribute to research and development in Artificial General Intelligence concepts.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of AI projects.
• Team Leadership: Assist in mentoring junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing, and supporting project leadership efforts.

Must-Have Skills

• Generative AI (GenAI): Proven experience in developing and implementing generative AI solutions.
• Large Language Models (LLM): Strong knowledge of working with LLM architectures and techniques.
• Artificial General Intelligence (AGI): Basic understanding of AGI principles and eagerness to contribute to AGI-related projects.
• Model Adoption: Practical experience with AI model customization, including OpenAI, LLAMA, RAG, and Graph RAG.
• Chatbot Development: Experience in designing and deploying chatbots for complex use cases.
• Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AI development frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for AI deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
