Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Design Intern to join our team at Modern Muse Designs. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of interior design. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced designers and contribute to the creation of beautiful, functional, and innovative living spaces. This is a full-time internship located in Mohali, Punjab, India, with a duration of less than 1 year. This position is ideal for a fresher who is passionate about interior design and looking to kick-start their career in the industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of 3D rendering and visualization techniques
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to take direction and complete tasks efficiently
• Passion for interior design and eagerness to learn

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist our experienced designers in creating interior design concepts and plans
• Contribute to the development of design presentations, mood boards, and material boards
• Participate in site visits and assist in the measurement and documentation of spaces
• Assist in the selection of furniture, finishes, and accessories that align with the design vision
• Prepare detailed working drawings and specifications
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed within deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and products in the field of interior design
