Job Overview


We are looking for a passionate Business Development Executive to join our team at Yro Systems Pvt Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our healthcare technology solutions. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to kickstart their career in business development in the IT and healthcare industry. The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and the employment type is Full-Time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Good understanding of healthcare industry trends and technology solutions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new leads through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to promote our healthcare technology solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
