We are seeking Technical Engineers to join our team specializing in the installation and servicing of IoT controllers utilized for irrigation automation. Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive 3-month training program encompassing installations and servicing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IoT controllers for irrigation systems.
• Conduct on-site assessments and collaborate with clients to determine optimal system configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to IoT controllers and associated equipment.
• Provide training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of installed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and product development to enhance product performance and customer experience.
• Maintain detailed documentation of installations, service visits, and technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering (E&I), or Mechatronics.
• Proven experience or strong knowledge in electronics, automation, or related fields.
• Familiarity with IoT technologies and their applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for installations and service visits.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
