Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential dealers and prospects in the target market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities.

Dealer Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit new dealers effectively.
  • Conduct negotiations and finalize agreements with prospective dealers.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new dealers, providing necessary training and information.

Dealer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong and positive relationships with existing and new dealers.
  • Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by the dealers promptly and professionally.
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to dealers to enhance their performance and relationship with the company.

Market Expansion:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market reach through dealer networks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and maximize market penetration.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of dealers against set targets and objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing dealer performance, market trends, and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient dealer management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, dealer management, or related roles within the industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
