Dealer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong and positive relationships with existing and new dealers.
- Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by the dealers promptly and professionally.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to dealers to enhance their performance and relationship with the company.
Market Expansion:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market reach through dealer networks.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and maximize market penetration.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of dealers against set targets and objectives.
- Prepare regular reports detailing dealer performance, market trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve organizational goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient dealer management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, dealer management, or related roles within the industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
